The BOSS4SME project analyses the professional competences required by the profile of an Online Sales Director in companies in the furniture and interior furnishing sector, developing specific and tailored training contents depending on the type of company and the employee’s qualifications.

- Good Practice Guidelines for international e-commerce in the interior furnishing sector and strategies for implementation
