- Furniture sector Avant-garde Creativity and Entrepreneurship Training
Summary
FACET aims to develop innovative tools for training in creativity and entrepreneurship for the furniture and home interior sector, both for initial vocational education and training (VET), as well as for the continuous VET for workers.
The competence needs of professionals in the sector in terms of creativity and entrepreneurship will be analysed. Based on these, a training pathway and an online course will be developed. The learning tools will include work-based learning.

Applicable results for companies
- Analysis of the current situation and needs of companies/professionals in the furniture and home interior sector in terms of creativity and entrepreneurship.
- Training materials and work-based learning tool in 7 languages.
- Possibility to participate in the pilot course during the project implementation.
